On 20 September, marking the 23rd National Citizen Moral Promotion Day, CR-Zhengzhou launched a series of campaigns under the theme "Civilized Travel, Together We Go" across 20 passenger stations and selected high-speed trains in its jurisdiction. The initiative encouraged passengers to move beyond being practitioners of civility to also becoming advocates and promoters, polishing the "mobile window" of civilized communication across stations and trains.

　　Tailored to local culture and passenger needs, Shangqiu Railway Station created an interactive zone featuring a cartoon exhibition on civilized travel, railway heritage check-in points, booklets and free calligraphy-themed folding fans. At Lingbao Railway Station, staff dressed in Tang dynasty costumes engaged travelers with classical poetry dialogues, adding cultural depth to the campaign. Zhengzhoudong Railway Station and Xuchangdong Railway Station introduced quiz challenges to convey civilized travel concepts, while Puyangdong Railway Station appointed young passengers as "Little Guardians of Civilized Travel" to foster early awareness. Luoyang Longmen Railway Station and Kaifeng Railway Station distributed brochures and cultural souvenirs, and composed a catchy "Three-Character Classic of Civilized High-speed Rail Travel" to make the message more memorable and engaging.
